3 Facts About Hokitika
Hokitka is a small town with lots of things to do. Today I am going to tell you 2 facts about my town.
1. The roads are not busy like Auckland and Wellington.
2. It dose not snow so you never need to bring snow clothes to keep warm.
3. We do a beach party nery ever year. When you shop a surten amout of mouny you get in the draw.

We are lucky on the West Coast that the traffic is not like Auckland and Wellington. Imagine how long it would take to get to school if we had that much traffic!
I live in Greymouth and I can remember once quite a few years ago it did snow here. It was the middle of the night and we got up to look at it. It was really pretty. But usually it doesn't happen.
The beach party at New Year sounds like a lot of fun. I really like the christmas tree that you have in Hokitika too. It is a really beautiful tree. And all the lights that are around the town are pretty cool. It is worth going for a drive at night time to see them.
